DTCP
Digital media is being rapidly adopted as the primary consumer and home entertainment medium. The technical demands of the digital home and the need to deliver rich audio and video content at home and outside the home have increased dramatically over the past years. Digital Transmission Content Protection over Internet Protocol (DTCP-IP) is a security technology for protecting high-value video and audio content on connected consumer electronics such as smartphones, tablets, digital TVs, set top boxes, gaming and other media devices.
Elliptic's end-to-end DTCP-IP solutions are highly portable and comply with the latest specifications (DTCP revision 1.7 and DTCP-IP revision 1.4), including DTCP+, as required by the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA). The solutions are highly optimized for mobile and connected devices and can be integrated seamlessly with Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) and ARM® TrustZone® frameworks or embedded in systems without TEE.
